David Deuel was born and raised in Tillamook, Oregon – and has an appropriate appreciation for cheese, ice cream, and all things dairy related as a result! He doesn’t come from a Christian home, and his youth was tainted by poor decisions and a lack of guidance. When he gave his life to Christ at the age of 23 – both his eternity and direction in life were changed forever. 
 
God’s calling in his life was felt immediately – and he has sought to become the kind of influence he wished he’d had as a young person. He was blessed with the opportunity to join a residency program with Living Hope Church as the head of their youth program, and has now taken on a role as 71Five City Coordinator at Liberty Park. Through the local church and the incredible ministry of 71Five, David seeks to honor God’s call in his life – to make a difference for Christ in the hearts and minds of youth here in the Rogue Valley.
