Frank Matz is a dynamic community leader. He serves as a pastor at Creekside Bible Church in Rogue River, Consultant and Leadership Coach, Safe Families for Children volunteer, Hearts with a Mission Life Coach, Co-owner of Summit Construction & Painting, and Co-founder and Program Director for Legacy Family & Leadership. He also serves on several boards and leads multiple leadership cohorts.

 

He and his wife, Teresa, have been married since 1998, have six children and two grandchildren. They have served as foster-parents, resource family, mentor and host family for Safe Families for Children, and hosted 26 international exchange students.

 

Frank has also served in the United States Air Force as a Security Forces Patrolman, Private Investigator, Administrator, and Flight Leader.

 

Outside the military he has had several jobs in leadership from managing retail stores, leading corporate teams, recruiting and managing volunteer teams, educational leadership, non-profit, and organizational management, and starting four churches. He has also launched a non-profit, consulting company, construction company, and was on the ground floor of starting a charter school with a group of friends.

Frank is passionate about helping people and seeing them succeed.

 

When he is not working he enjoys time with his family, dreaming, reading, and volunteering.
