Walley Fipps serves as the Administrative Director at Youth 71Five Ministries, a place with deep personal roots for him, as he attended a club here during his high school years when it was known as Rogue Valley Youth For Christ.

 

Feeling an early calling to ministry, Walley served as an overseas missionary with YWAM (Youth With A Mission) from 1999-2002, sharing the Gospel in Kyrgyzstan, Thailand, and Romania, an experience that deeply captured his heart. He then spent two decades in the professional sector, gaining valuable administrative experience in finance and operational leadership roles. Returning to ministry at Youth 71Five feels like coming home, a move back to the calling that first captured his heart years ago. Walley eagerly applies his experience to support Youth 71Five’s mission of sharing God’s story of hope through trusting relationships, helping mobilize caring adults who guide young people’s mental, physical, social, and spiritual development toward hope and purpose.

 

A Southern Oregon native, Walley is married with two young children. He and his family live on five acres with animals. Walley personally enjoys gardening, the outdoors, coffee, and reading.
