As Development Director at Youth 71Five Ministries, I have the privilege of bringing people together — through their time, talent, and resources — to create safe, welcoming spaces where young people can belong, be nourished, and find hope. I am a mission-driven nonprofit leader passionate about strengthening families, empowering youth, and building community through meaningful connection and resource development.

With over a decade of experience as an social worker, evidence-based parenting education facilitator, I’ve worked closely with high-need families, walking alongside them through challenges while helping them build stronger, healthier futures. My background also includes workforce development with Goodwill, youth programming with Boys & Girls Club, and entrepreneurial experience through small business — all of which shape my relationship-centered approach to collaboration and partnerships. We are better together!

At Youth 71Five, we are meeting real needs across Southern Oregon — from youth activity centers that provide food, mentorship, and belonging, to our VoTECH program that equips young people with hands-on workforce skills. I’m deeply grateful to do this work and to invite others into it. The time is NOW.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me painting, writing, walking my dogs or spending time with my family.
