71Five Intern

Erin Jimerson was raised in Albany, Oregon, in a home filled with God’s love. From an early age, she watched her parents model servant leadership, generosity, compassion, and advocacy for the unborn. Homeschooled alongside her two younger sisters, Erin had many opportunities to serve in faith-based youth ministries, including Christian Youth in Action, TeenPact Leadership Schools, and her church youth group at Calvary Corvallis.

At just fourteen, the Lord placed a burden on her heart for teens struggling with depression, isolation, abuse, and neglect. She felt called to create safe spaces where young people could discover their purpose and potential in Christ. Since then, Erin has taken steps towards that calling, with the dream of one day opening a hope-filled arts nonprofit for youth.

After graduating from Oregon State University with a degree in Business Administration in 2025, she began seeking out organizations in Southern Oregon that shared a similar vision for bringing God’s hope to young people. That search led her to Youth 71Five Ministries.

Erin is deeply grateful for the opportunity to grow through this intern discipleship program, learning how to minister to at-risk youth more effectively. She looks forward to building trusting relationships and strengthening her own walk with the Lord in the process.
