Isaiah Abney comes to 71Five from Columbus, Georgia, where even cars have truck beds.

 

On my tenth birthday I gave my life to Christ at a local fair and three years later God helped me understand that Christianity is a relationship and not just fire insurance. At age sixteen I wanted to do some thing or God and four days after Graduating high school, I started working for God as a pro-life activist in the southeast for the summer of 2021 and 22. During the internship I read a book called “The third time around” by Francis Schaeffer. Through the book it became appaernt that being pro-life is more than just debating people on the topic of abortion but caring for them holistically. And now God sends me here to Medford, Oregon to learn just how I should care for them.

 

In my down time I love kicking rocks, getting lost, and trying not to get in fights with local wildlife.
